Moto Legendes Dijon 2016 pt3

For those not yet bored with Moto Legendes snaps here's the third tranche...

Engine of a 1902 Clement.

An 1899 Lamaudiere et Labre.

Globe trotting BMW R12.

This DKW-IFA (MZ) is a replica of a 1953/4 works 125cc racer.

Citroen 2CV engined race machine!

Plenty of Citroen Visa engined BFG machines were in evidence.

Simpson moped.

Nicely executed BMW engined Ural. They kept the Ural
gearbox though.

The Ural / BMW hybrid again.

Lots of French mopeds.

It's a track event so here's a picture of some tack action.

Cracking OSSA cafe racer.

Heavily modded MZ racer.

A joy of the event is the number of crazy machines
buzzing around. This lad was having a laugh with
a Mobylette with ridiculous ape hangers.

Rudge Python engined OEC race machine. Check out the
unusual OEC sliding pillar / swinging arm cross rear suspension.

Cotton race bike. Very purposeful.

Double front brakes on this New Map and what
looks like a complex pulley arrangement to operate.
In fact there are simply two cables going from the brake
lever and the rest is for show.

New Map getting ready to circulate the track.

Seeley Yamaha XS650 made a good combo.

The Soltner is a home brewed 250cc horizontally opposed
two stroke.

This Ratier JAP has been assembled as a tasteful custom.

Velocette KSS track bike. Envy!

French BMW club mascot!

Best of BMW. An R90S and a R100CS fitted with Krauser
four valve heads.

Moto Martin with Honda CBX 1000 six cylinder power plant.

Early racing Terrot.

Close up of the veteran Terrot race machine.
