Down on the farm is a mid thirties ohc Velocette. In the background is an elderly farm wagon, it would have been rather old already and may have been still in use though might have been made replaced with internal combustion.
Farm wagons are quite distinctive to their region in England and to my untrained eyes and knowledge limited to a five minute google search I would say that this is a Suffolk wagon. There may be experts out there however who can elaborate. It would more than likely have been used for transporting sacks of grain or similar.
