A rather grainy photo but the distinctive Norton tank shows. I believe it is '29 to '31 from the shape of the tank. There's not enough detail on the engine for me to recognise the model but I'm sure there is a Norton guru out there who can tell from the shape of the front mudguard or size of bolt used on the headlamp shell! If you know please do comment.
